Are eyelash extension sets categorized by length?

No. Any length or combinations of lengths, are offered with any set. Sets are categorized by fullness.
How often should lashes be cleaned?

24 hours after initial service + daily!

Does a new lash set need to be booked after so many fill ins?

No. As your natural lashes go through growth cycles, extensions shed. During fill ins, those extensions are replaced.

Is a break needed from receiving lash extension services?

Breaks are up to the client’s discretion. If the artist notices thinning of the natural lashes, or conditions when breaks are needed, the client will be notified.

Why are my lashes shedding more than normal?

After reviewing aftercare instructions and still experiencing shedding, lashes may be going through a lash cycle, where old lashes shed, and new ones grow in. This last a couple of weeks or longer.

How would I know if I’m allergic to extensions or adhesive used?

Allergies to eyelash extension services include but are not limited to dry eyes, redness, swelling, itchiness, + sore to touch in both eyes! ]

What happens if extensions get wet?

Extensions should only be wet before and after cleansing. Excessive exposure to water aside from cleaning causes low retention

Do lash extensions hurt?

No. Lash extensions should never hurt when applied or while wearing!

Do lash extensions burn?

After application, eyes may burn due to exposure to the adhesive used. Burning sensation should not be long lasting!

Why are clients eyes red after application?

Some adhesives used are “extra strength” which causes the fumes in the adhesive to be higher. This has a greater effect on the clients eye.

When do the lashes start to fall out?

Lash extensions shed 1-3/day just as the natural lashes do.

Can lashes be reused once they fall out?

No. It is unsanitary to reuse extensions that have shedded. Only new, unused lashes should be reapplied to the natural lash.

Can I bring my own lashes for the artist to apply?

No. Artists use lashes that are best for their experience + products.

Are eyelash extensions and clusters the same thing?

No. Extensions are thinner more natural based, individually placed to one natural lash + only applied with professional adhesive. Clusters are thicker based lashes placed with lash strip glue or hair glue onto the skin and do not shed naturally with natural lash.

What happens if I go swimming with extensions?

Chlorine or salt in water cause extensions to shed easily, especially if not cleaned properly.

Will extensions make my eyelids heavy?

Eye lash extensions are light weighted! You won’t even know they’re there.

Why do some classic, hybrid, or volume sets look more full on some clients vs. others?

Every client's eye + lash line is unique to themselves. Every client has a different amount of natural lashes which results in a different look.

Do you travel for services, or do parties, + special events?

Yes! I am licensed in TN and TX, for any inquiries on travel etc, please navigate to the "contact" area.

Do you remove clusters/strips or any non extension eyelashes before services?

No. Removals are for professional eyelash extension adhesive only. Client will need to remove any lashes that arent extensions prior to service, and will be charged a lash bath fee if natural lashes need cleaning due to residue.
